Join us for an evening of cultural storytelling and exceptional food. Our instructors will guide you through each course, sharing the history and techniques behind Viet-Cajun cuisine while you enjoy Louisiana craft beers carefully selected to complement the bold, aromatic flavors. Experience how locals truly savor this food — with great beer, great company, and an appreciation for the cultures that created it.This dinner celebrates that beautiful cultural exchange and the resilient community that continues to shape New Orleans cuisine today. The evening will begin with a crisp salad dressed with a tangy nước chấm dressing, followed by marinated chicken skewers, a shrimp and crawfish boil with a garlic-butter sauce, and an iconic sweet ending beloved by both French and Vietnamese bakers.You will be served a four-course dinner, but you will not be cooking in this class.
