Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 to 1/2 tbsp chipotle chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Kosher salt
  • 5 cloves
  • 1 1/2 tsp anise seeds

Preparation

Finely grind all ingredients in grinder. Generously cover over pork spareribs and let sit in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

Additional Tips

Spice rub keeps in a sealed container in a cool, dark place 6 months.
