Ingredients 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed 2 tbsp olive oil 1/4 small bunch fresh basil, julienned Sea salt and black pepper to taste Preparation Add the mustard and the lemon juice to a medium bowl. Whisk together. Add the olive oil in a thin stream, whisking the whole time. Continue whisking until the mixture combines into a thick liquid. Julienne the basil and add it to the dressing.
