Fresh Hatch Chile and Blueberry Salsa

  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chiffonade
  • 3 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  • 3 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Hatch chiles, roasted, seeded and chopped


Using a food processor, pulse the blueberries to a rough chop. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped berries with the remaining ingredients. Toss together and serve. Makes 4 cups.
