- 1 1/2 lbs Central Market ground beef
- 1 1/2 tbsp cognac
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp chives, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- Central Market Whole Wheat Buns, split and toasted
- Tomato, sliced
- Sunflower sprouts
Combine the ground beef, cognac, mustard, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix well. Shape into five large patties.
Grill over medium-hot coals for 7-10 minutes per side.
Serve on buns with tomato slices and sunflower sprouts.
