Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs Central Market ground beef
  • 1 1/2 tbsp cognac
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp chives, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper
  • Central Market Whole Wheat Buns, split and toasted

Preparation
