Bacon Waffles

  • 1 medium egg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 cup Farmhouse Pancake and Waffle Mix
  • 4 slices Central Market Applewood smoked bacon, cooked


Beat egg and water together. Add dry mix and blend well. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly. Ladle onto hot waffle iron, place 2 slices of cooked bacon diagonally over each other and the waffle, make an X shape. Close the waffle iron lid, cook until golden brown and slightly crispy.

Additional Tips

Serve with Sage Fried chicken and maple syrup.
