- 2 limes, thinly sliced
- 2 small carambolas (starfruit)
- 12 oz Looza mango nectar, chilled
- 1 mango, peeled and cut into ½ inch pieces
- 1 bottle Cava sparkling wine, chilled
- 12 oz ginger ale, chilled
In large pitcher, stir together white wine, nectar, mango, limes, and carambolas or golden pineapple chunks.
Before serving, stir in ginger ale, sparkling wine, and ice cubes. Serve with lime and other sliced fruit.
