Ingredients

  • 1 4 oz. can Hatch chiles, chopped
  • 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, flour, salt, and milk. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a flat, well-greased 8-by-12-inch baking dish. Bake for about 35 minutes. Cut into 1-inch squares and serve as hot appetizers. Yields about 96.
