Ingredients

  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups tomato juice
  • 1 cup roasted Hatch chiles, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • Juice of 1 lime

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill at least two hours, stirring occasionally. Serve cold with lime slices.
