Policies and Responsibilities
Air Arrangements: Independent air travel is made by each tour participant in order to allow travelers to make use of frequent flyer mileage and to lend flexibility regarding travel dates and itinerary. Tom Savvides with National Travel will be happy to make air arrangements to suit your personal itinerary should you wish this service. Please call Central Market's travel line at 866-826-CHEF (2433) and discuss your airfare options with Tom.
Insurance: We recommend trip cancellation insurance for Central Market travelers. Please request insurance information from Tom Savvides. We advise that you carry medical and personal insurance to cover medical and hospital expenses, baggage, personal belongings, and trip cancellations. Central Market is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of luggage or personal belongings.
Physical Disabilities: Those requiring special attention, treatments or dietary needs must let us know at the time of reservation. We will try to make all accommodations whenever possible.
Responsibilities and Rights: H-E-B Central Market and its representatives will not be held responsible or liable for any weather, act of God, injury, loss, damage, delay, property damage incurred or claimed by any tour or individual traveling passenger.
H-E-B Central Market will not be liable for any personal injury or property damage not caused by its own willful misconduct including but not limited to those damages that may occur due to acts or omissions of suppliers (transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant and other services), nor will it be liable for defects or failures of any vessel, automotive vehicle or other means of transportation.
H-E-B Central Market reserves the right to adjust itineraries with similar or better experiences when necessary.
