Often here in Texas we lament about the heat of summer, and have to be reminded that there are a lot of great things about summer in our fare state. For example, grilled (almost) anything is back on the menu, local peak-of-season fruits and vegetables are filling our produce department and your table, and longer days mean longer dinner parties with friends and family.
