Cooking School: Tempering, Molding and Making Chocolate Clusters
Saturday, February 11, 4:00 - 6:00 PM FEATURED CHEF. HANDS-ON. Enroll in our very own University of Chocolate. Working in our kitchen with professional chocolatier Amanda Snouffer of Barry Callevaut Chocolate Academy, you’ll pick up tips and discover tried-and-true techniques that ensure success. Graduate with an advanced degree after you have learned to temper chocolate using the seeding method; create a molded chocolate Valentines’ candy; form a hollow molded heart to be filled with chocolate mousse; and make chocolate fruit and nut clusters. You’ll take your creations with you at the end of class. Class is limited to 10 registrants. $50
