HATCH IS HERE!

Come celebrate our 15th annual Hatch Festival.
Starting August 18th through August 31st we will be firing up the flames and roasting the famous chilies.  Whether you like 'em hot or mild, we will have the peppers raw, roasted and in every sort of recipe you can imagine.  We've had 15 years of pepper experience and no one does Hatch like us!


 

Saturday Night Shrimp Boils

Every Saturday night enjoy great food, cold beer and live music on our upstairs patio.  All-you-can-eat Louisiana style boiled shrimp, corn on the cob and new potatoes fresh from the steamin' stock pot for $10.99
(kids under 10 $4.99).  Don't miss out on the foot stompin', finger lickin' fun

Saturday and Sunday 8am - 10:30am

Enjoy them with traditional syrup or create your own signature pancake with a variety of toppings you can use to build that extra special breakfast.
