BBQ Shrimp Ancho Style

 Serves 4-6

Ingredients

1 lb 21/25 head-on shrimp
1/2 stick butter (melted)
2 tsp lime juice
3 Tbls chopped garlic
1-2 tsp Southwest Ancho Adams Reserve
1 1/4 cup Cookwell Pecos 83 BBQ marinade

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients togeher in a large bowl and mix well. Pour into a baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and pour into a large bowl.

Additional Tips

Serve with crusty French bread and lots of napkins.
