By enrolling in the Central Market newsletter from Central Market program, members agree to allow Central Market to contact them regarding the administration of their membership account. What choices do you have?

What about the privacy rights of children?
We are committed to protecting children’s privacy. We do not and will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under thirteen years of age. If any data entry by a visitor indicates that such visitor is under the age of thirteen years, all data from that visitor is promptly deleted from our system. If a child under thirteen years of age wants to participate on our website, we encourage the child’s parents to participate in his or her experience on our website. We welcome family participation.
What security measures are in place with respect to my information?
You transmit information to us at your own risk.
All consumer information received or created by Central Market is stored in a database protected by multiple firewalls with redundancy and that have been implemented on Internet and client connections to an internal network. These security measures include physical secured access to the computing facilities, multi-tier password protocols and procedures, system logs and monitoring, intrusion detection, anti-virus, patch management, file transfer encryption, and hardware and software configuration management.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your member ID and password and your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer. The confidentiality of your member ID and password is yours to protect.
Internally, Central Market restricts consumer information under our control to those persons who have a need to know such information in order to provide Central Market services to you.
