The Little House That Roared

As fun as the idea might be, Martin House Brewery is not inside, adjacent to, or underneath a bird house. The acrobatic Purple Martin is a flying symbol for the adventurous team that built this young, upstart brewery in Fort Worth, TX.

Their Mission Statement says it all:

Martin House Brewing Company is a team of brewers, explorers, and dreamers.  We avoid tradition in favor of adventure, both in brewing and in life.  We value good ingredients and good people, and each of our beers pairs perfectly with life’s memorable moments.  We want to be the handcrafted beer you and your friends choose when celebrating your most recent adventure or planning the next one.  Martin House - Made in Texas by Texans.

The creative spirit that drives them has given birth to some outrageously delicious beers! Southlake Central Market is proud to offer four of them paired with equally artistic dishes in our Cooking School on September 17th at 6:30pm.  Officiating, story-telling and color-commenting will be Martin House's Founder and Jack-Of-All-Trades David Wedemeier.
