Beer Lovers, Say Cheese!

La Casearia Carpenedo near Treviso, Italy, has combined two of our favorite things—beer and cheese—to create Dolomitico alla Birra. 

Fresh, raw, mild-and-creamy blue cheese is flavorfully intoxicated with barley malt and double malt beer that makes your taste buds tingle. And not just any double malt beer, but, as the name implies, this cheese is made with Birra Dolomiti made in Italy's Dolomites mountain range where it's infused with pure, fresh water from rock springs.
