Here are some of the highlights of chefs and purveyors stopping by with coolers and crates full of delicious local food for you to enjoy.

Chef Kent Rathbun will be grillin' and chillin' on Saturday, July 5th starting at 11am. Kent will have his 18’ smoker right at the front door and be grilling ribs  at our front door until the goods are gone. So make sure to get there early and enjoy, because one thing is sure, Kent knows his way around a grill and those ribs are going to be great.   

Cita’s Salsa, Cita and her daughter are Dallas natives and salsas have been a centerpiece of the family table for years. Now they want to share their award winning salsas with you. As an added bonus, all the salsas are gluten and preservative free. Cita will be in store Thursday, July 3rd starting at 1pm.

Addison Coffee Roasters have been in business since 1984 and are the longest operating micro roaster in the DFW area. They are deeply committed to freshness and quality and have a variety of blends from all over the world – plus flavored and fair trade coffees. Come sample coffee with the team from Addison Coffee on the 4th, 11am - 3pm.

Hank Dessert Bars are based in Dallas and have four delicious flavors – all natural and gluten free. The recipe came from Grandma Edie – she got it from her sister-in-law, Helen, whose husband sailed the Great Lakes. So who the heck is Hank? He was the head cook on one of those ships and it was his receipe! Come taste these bars on Friday, July 4th, 10am - 3pm.
White Rock Granola started at thebed and breakfast that Renee Latour owned at the time. It has quickly grown into a booming business today with four fantastic flavors, all available for sample also on Friday, 11am - 5pm.
With Wackym’s Kitchen it’s been cookie love since 2008! Located in Dallas, Paul Wackym has been making his crispy treats using only fresh ingredients with no artificial flavorings or preservatives. Come and meet “The Cookie Guy in the Hat” on Saturday, the 5th, 1pm - 5pm.
If you’re ever in Denton, Texas go to Beth Marie’s Ice Cream and have a seat at the soda fountain and experience what it was like to be a kid in the 50s! If you can’t do that, there’s always our freezers where you can get their wonderful ice cream. Stop by for samples on Sunday, July 6th, 11am - 3pm.
