Our team at the Central Market Cheese shop has whipped up something new, a line of crema dips ranging from sweet to savory and available in four unique flavors including Morello Cherry, Parmesan Artichoke, Hatch Chile and Original (pure Crema Salvadoreña). Crema Dips are made fresh in our cheese shop using Crema Salvadoreña-style sour cream and Gracious Gourmet Artisan Spreads. Crema Salvadoreña, or Salvadoran sour cream has a rich texture and a subtle tang similar to French crème fraîche.
