Dulce de Awesome!

This sumptuous sweetie is a traditional treat in parts of Spain, Latin America and South America where it’s found on kitchen tables and in gourmet pastry shops, sold individually or in multi-count boxes.

While countless variations on the confection have been created since its debut centuries ago, our expert Pastry Chefs bake the traditional version fresh daily in-store. A layer of smooth, caramelly dulce de leche is sandwiched between two crumbly, buttery, vanilla shortbread cookies. If that’s not enough, our Pastry Chefs then sprinkled the entire treat is with powdered sugar.

You'll find alfajores are perfect as desserts after dinner, as companions to your morning coffee, platter-friendly party bites, or even as surprise goodies in lunch boxes. However you enjoy them, we dare you not to go for the filling first!

I've been looking for these for months, but you never have them when I drive there to shop. Are they displayed in a secret location?
