Are You Ready for This Jelly?

Not all jams are created equal. That's probably because not all jams, preserves, and marmalades are have three generations of preserve-making experience in every jar.  Blake Hill Preserves do.

Artisan jam producers Vicky Allard and Joe Hanglin discovered the two hundred year-old Blake Hill Farm nestled in the quiet hamlet of Grafton Village in Vermont's Green Mountains. With fruit trees growing as far as the eye can see, it seemed like the perfect place to settle into the family business.

Vicky and Joe create their fresh preserves from old family recipes using only locally grown fruits, and lemon juice and cane sugar to add flavor. The blend then is slow-cooked in copper pots to leave as much fruit as possible. That means what you see is literally what you get: You will taste, and see, every bit of the 9 ounces of fruit that fill each 10-ounce jar.

Don't let your breakfast foods have all the fun! Just imagine the whirlwind of spring flavors delicious flavors like Blueberries & Summer Plum, Raspberries & Hibiscus, Grapefruit, Lemon & Thyme, and Orange, Lime & Ginger can add as glaze for your favorite meats, paired with soft cheeses, or even as a topping (or filling) for your favorite desserts!
